A Wider Variety of Flavours at The Cathay

From August 2017, shoppers who frequent The Cathay can look forward to a wider variety of exciting dining options with the introduction of two new F&B concepts – Kori King and SaladStop!

KORI KING (#01-01)

For lovers of all things sweet and Japanese, Kori King is definitely a must-visit. Specialising in Kakigori, a dessert that dates all the way back to the 11th century, the colourful shaved ice dessert is topped with flavoured syrups and milk specially brought in from Hokkaido as well as your own choice of toppings.  The wide variety of unique flavours and bright colours make it a simply irresistible and refreshing treat to be enjoyed in the tropical heat!

What’s more, Kori King will also be serving up yummy Doriyaki pancakes that are filled with premium ingredients such as Azuki red bean paste.

SALAD STOP (#01-02)

Asia’s first and largest healthy food chain finally makes its way to The Cathay. The unique quick service salad-bar concept aims to serve up the freshest, tastiest and healthiest meals for its consumers. Consumers can be in control of what they eat by choosing from over 50 ingredients that are prepared fresh daily, along with a wide selection of home-made dressings. SaladStop! works with their in-house nutritionists and Camden Medical Centre experts to tailor healthy meals that meet nutritional requirements.

SaladStop! will be having an opening special promotion for students where they’ll get to enjoy either the Asian Pesto Salad or Quinoa-Chiwa Salad at a discounted price of $9 (Usual price $10.50) when they flash their student identification. This promotion will be available till 31 December 2017.
