Tips On How To Eat Healthily On A Budget

1. Make your own overnight oats

There are over hundreds of variations when it comes to make your own overnight oats. its economically friendly and easy to make! Besides that you can customized your own overnight oats by adding different kinds of fruits or nuts in it.

Here are some of the recipes you could DIY at home in under 5 minute. TIPS: Prepare your ingredients beforehand and prepare them the night before consuming, it helps to save time for your busy mornings!

Banana Walnut Overnight Oats

  1. Add mashed banana and cinnamon to mason jar

  2. Shake jar or mix and combine with a spoon. Seal and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy cold or heat up in the microwave or stove-top.

  3. Serve with more milk as desired and top with fresh banana slices and walnuts before serving, if desired.
