Season car park holders are allowed to use only the designated car parks for season parking. Season parking is transferable subject to approval of the Management and payment of $30 administrative fee.
The prevailing monthly charge for the season parking is for one vehicle only and the Management reserves the right to revise the season parking rates from time to time at its discretion.
New and renewed season parking will require5 working daysto be activated andNOTon the same day of purchase.
Change of vehicle and vehicle information such as vehicle no., IU no., etc., must be made with the supporting documents required by the Management and will take effect5 working daysafter submission.
Activation of season parking will not be made if there is insufficient or incomplete documentation and/or details furnished for new, renewal or change of season parking vehicles.
There will beno refundof fee paid for any unexpired/unused period of season parking.
No refundwill be made for hourly parking fee charged prior to activation of season parking or changes made to season parking vehicle and vehicle information.
Late renewal of season parking shall not entitle the season parking holder to any refund of hourly parking fee.
The Management reserves the right to reject any application, withdraw any approval or terminate any season parking holder at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The building owner and CB2002 and/or CB2002 Centre Management and their employees, directors, officers and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of life, personal injury, damages, loss, theft, other misdemeanour howsoever caused or incurred to persons, vehicles, equipment or contents herein, whilst parked or moving in, around and out of the carpark premises. Vehicle owner or driver agrees and acknowledges that the use of the carpark is entirely at its owner’s or driver’s risk.
The owner or driver agrees to indemnify the building owner, CB2002 and/or CB2002 Centre Management for all damage, injury or other loss whatsoever and howsoever caused by the vehicle owner or driver, including claims from other third parties against the building owner, CB2002 and/ or CB2002 Centre Management arising from acts of the vehicle owner or driver.
The Management shall have the right to retain bywheel clamping or otherwisevehicles which are improperly parked or parked outside of designated areas, or which have cause damaged to the carpark or its equipment. A fee of$163.50 or other amountas may be prevailing from time to time, shall be payable for the release of the wheel clamp.
The terms and conditions herein may be revised at the discretion of the Management without any prior notice.
In addition to the purposes contemplated by this form, I understand and agree that my personal data may be collected, used and/or disclosed in connection with my parking at CB2002 carpark premises.
