Project Saisei: A Community Exhibition

Saisei (再生) is the Japanese word for rebirth, and it is the ethos that has guided this project from the beginning.

Conceptualised by the Singapore Association for Mental Health, Creative Services, Project Saisei brings together art, community, sustainability, and mental well-being, not as separate themes, but as one shared conversation.

As you move through the space, you are also invited to make something of your own. 

In Botanical Silhouettes, trace the shadows of exhibits around you and notice what you see. In Mindful Mandala, fill a circle with patterns and colour, reflecting on the cycles and connections in your own life. Slow down, create, and reconnect.

Project Saisei does not end here. We welcome you not just as guests, but as part of this ongoing journey.
