Lou Hei is a must-have during Chinese New Year. Most of us are clueless but this year, be the expert with this step by step guide:

1.Start with the CARROTS


2.Go with the GREEN RADISH


3.Then the WHITE RADISH


4.Now the FISH


5.Throw in the POMELO pieces


6.Add a dash of PEPPER and 5 SPICE POWDER


7.Pour in the OIL


8.Add in the chopped PEANUTS


9.Sow in the SESAME SEEDS


10.Drizzle in PLUM SAUCE


11.Finally, the CRACKERS


12.Last but not least…
