What’s Cooking: Sashimi Cravings Satisfied

Good news for the foodies out there whose hearts flutter at the mention of sashimi or chirashi dons. There’s a new cozy joint in town to satisfy that craving.
With an open kitchen, you can have perfect view of the chefs delicately slicing or dicing up the freshest sashimi, or torching up slices of truffle beef to whet your appetite. What’s more, staying true to it’s name (The Bettership), the dining counter is in the shape of a ship, and you get your sashimi served in little instagram-worthy boats as well!
If you’re looking for a filling bowl of fresh and thick slices of assorted sashimi, the Chirashi Don will not disappoint.
If slices of raw fish over a bed of rice is not exactly your thing, the Truffle Beef Don is an absolute sensation with tender slices of beef wooing you with the fragrance of truffle.
What’s better than a delicious bowl of donburi to satisfy those hunger pangs? If you’re in the area between 12pm to 6pm on weekdays,  The Bettership offers set lunch with Chirashi Don, a bowl of miso soup and green tea at just $15.90!
The Bettership is located at The Cathay, level 1.
