But first, Coffee
Rediscovering coffee
The coffee scene has been bursting with different ways of serving up our daily cup of joe. The typical ice over brewed coffee has now been taken over by cold brew.
The difference comes in the way cold brew is made. In order to achieve smoothness, coffee is steeped for up to 14 hours. It is usually low in acidity. To top things up, cafes are serving them flavoured and packaged in beautiful bottles that are creatively labelled.
