6 Achievable New Year Resolutions
6 ACHIEVABLE
NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
1. Cutting your hair short
Contemplating on whether or not to cut your hair short?
It takes courage to cut your hair short, especially after keeping your
hair long over a long period of time. Make this a COMPULSORY resolution
for a fresh new look. Your boyfriend would definitely give you 2 thumbs up!
Achieve this at The Space Hair Salon, #04-06
2. GETTING IN SHAPE
Stop procrastinating for being tired or busy at work.
Hit the gym and get yourself started by creating smaller goals such as
running on the treadmill for 15 mins or raising the dumbbell for 15 sets.
And don’t forget to eat right, what you eat makes who you are today.
Tip: Tag a friend along if you need a motivation to keep you going!
Achieve this at Fitness First, #04-05 & SaladStop!, #01-02
3. TRAVELLING TO a DREAM destination
Travelling overseas especially to further destinations
does not means it’s not achievable because you have
to save more. Research about your destination and spend
what’s necessary on your daily basis which helps to
ensure saving enough for your travel!
Achieve this by having discipline to save 50%
of your salary/ allowance aside into your holiday.
4. HEALTHY GLOWING SKIN
Often, a double cleanse is not sufficient which may result
in getting your pores clogging. Head down for a relaxing facial
treatment to detoxify your skin and rejuvenate your skin
because it is missing out the good stuff to keep it glowing!
Achieve this at Lux Aesthetics Face & Body #02-09A
5. LEARN A NEW SKILL
You may find painting an easy task to accomplish but
have you master the right techniques yet? Painting like
other art forms can evoke emotions, relax your mind
and even instill a sense of satisfaction. Try it today!
Achieve this at Overjoyed, #B1-11
6. ADOPT A DOG FOR A CAUSE
Many of the dogs at the shelter are waiting you to give
them a home. A second chance today makes a huge difference
to their life. So remember, adopt and don’t shop!
If your lifestyle forbids you to keep a dog,
try volunteering at a dog shelter or donating money/ food,
because your help can make a difference today.
