SIMPLE NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS RECIPES TO MAKE AT HOME

They are so thirst quenching and fresh, adults and kids will both absolutely love.
VIRGIN SANGRIA
Sangria, without the wine and packed with all the goodness of fresh fruits.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
3 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 can of soda
1 orange, sliced
1 apple, sliced
1/3 cup frozen cranberries
1/4 cup basil leaves
STEPS:
In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice and soda
Add the fruits and basil
Stir to combine
Pour over ice to serve
VIRGIN PINA COLADA
This drink has got beach-vibes written all over it.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
10 oz frozen pineapple chunks
4 scoops (approximately 1 cup) ice cream
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge and cherry to garnish (optional)
STEPS:
In a blender, blend together the frozen pineapple, ice cream, coconut milk and pineapple juice
Pour and add pineapple wedge and cherry to garnish
VIRGIN MOJITO
The perfect refreshing drink to beat the heat.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
FOR MINT SYRUP
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
FOR MOJITO
1 cup blackberries
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
2 cans soda
Fresh mint to garnish (optional)
STEPS:
Crush the mint leaves
Add sugar and water and bring it to boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar
Let it cool to room temperature
Strain out the mint leaves, pressing to release all liquid
Crush the blackberries and sugar in a separate bowl
Divide the blackberries between 4 glasses and add 2 tablespoons of syrup and 2 tablespoons of lime juice to each glass
Fill the glasses with ice and top off with soda and mint to garnish
WATERMELON LEMONADE
Refreshing as it comes, and one of the simplest to make.
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups cubed watermelon, chilled
4 cups cold water
3/4 cup fresh strained lemon juice, chilled
2/3 cup granulated sugar
Fresh mint to serve
STEPS:
In a blender, puree the watermelon
Strain the puree
In a pitcher, whisk together water, lemon juice and sugar
Stir in the watermelon puree
Stir in ice and mint
SPARKLING HONEY LIMEADE
Refreshing twist to a lemonade.
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
1 liter soda or sparkling water, chilled
1 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup honey
Fresh mint to garnish (optional)
STEPS:
Whisk together 1/2 cup water and sugar until sugar dissolve
Pour in honey and mix until well blended
Stir in lime juice and soda
Pour it into glass and add mint to garnish
